We review the existing documentation for your device and document the requirements for the future testing system: a list of test cases, a list of measuring equipment, test fixtures and test software requirements.
Adjusting the device for testing
If necessary, our engineers modify the board design and develop the test software. We can also work with your engineering team.
Production and assembly of the test station
We select the test fixtures for you and modify them for your device. We also design and manufacture a special pogo-peen cassette. We assemble all the system components together and test them.
Integration with cloud platform
We set up accounts in the cloud platform. Depending on the requirements, we set up remote workstations for technicians and administrators.
Delivery and deployment
We organize the delivery of test equipment to your production, set it up and train the factory staff to work with it.
Support and upgrade
Help with technical problems and system usage. Technical support on site or remotely.
